Nicky Hughes Coach
Nicky has been riding a mountain bike and racing for the past 13 years. This includes three years racing in the Elite Category and she is the current British Mountain Bike Series Veteran Champion. She spends most of her time training and riding on the road but is never happier than when she is on her mountain bike, in the singletrack, with both wheels going sideways underneath her! Her favourite place to ride this year has been the new World Cup course at Dalby Forest in Yorkshire and she hopes to ride the Raven Trail at Brecfa in Wales sometime during 2010.
Mad about... the latest shiny bike component.

Barry Arnold Coach
Barry has been riding mountain bikes pretty much since suspension was invented. Living on the Isle of Man and competing in local XC races and the End to End challenge for many years. He can often be found cycling in the picturesque hills of Majorca or the windswept roads of Lanzarote but his favourite riding has to be in the French Alps. He enjoys all forms of two wheels riding motocross, enduro and trials bikes. On dry summer evenings he likes nothing more than to take his motorbike for a lap of the infamous TT course on the Island with his mates.

Cathy Thomas Coach
Cathy has been riding mountain bikes for 3 years and competes in local and
national XC events and enduros. When not hitting the trails, she spends
most of her time on her road bike, dodging the traffic on her way to work
or discovering the countryside outside North London. Already alienated from
all her friends through relentlessly trying to convert them to the wonders
of two wheels, she decided that coaching would be the next logical step!
Cathy's favourite places to ride MTB are Swinley Forest and the North Downs
and when she's not riding her bike she loves nothing more than to curl up on
the sofa and watch a bit of rubbish telly.
Mad about... Maps and flags - uber geek!

League in 1997. Graeme's current favourite trail is the South Downs
